POSITIONS FOR GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

We provide graduate trainee positions on Commercial Track, Industrial Track, Finance Track, Legal Track and Human Resources Track to 2013 graduates (4th year undergraduate and 2nd year post graduate students) in this program, starting from February 2013, lasting for 13 months. 我们为2013年培训生（大学四年级和研究生二年级的学生）提供商业培训生、工业培训生、财务培训生、法务培训生、人力资源培训生等岗位。项目从2013年2月开始，为期13个月。

COMMERCIAL TRACK商业培训生
为了向这家超过160年历史的世界500强跨国贸易公司的核心业务团队持续输送优秀人才，商业培训生将在13个月的时间里，在包括现货期货交易、产品和市场分析、市场、物流、采购以及合同执行等方面接受全面和系统性的培训。在经过数月的培训和评估后，商业培训生将被分配在适合自己发展的职位上。即使在其后2到4年的时间里，您仍有机会在其他的职位上轮岗。
MAJOR专业要求：国际贸易、市场营销、经济学、数学、统计学、金融、商业管理或其他相关专业

INDUSTRIAL TRACK工业培训生
工业培训生将在公司下属的精炼糖厂、油脂压榨厂和果汁厂等地轮岗工作，通过系统性地学习工厂生产经营中各个部门和环节的知识，让一名应届毕业生初步具备成为未来工厂管理人员的能力。此岗位的工作地点为河北霸州、陕西三川、江苏张家港和河南郑州等地。
MAJOR专业要求：食品营养与安全、食品科学、化学、机械工程或其他相关专业

FINANCE TRACK财务培训生
财务部全面负责这家跨国贸易公司运营所涉及的会计、税务、信用审查、基金管理、财务及营运控制等方面的工作。作为财务培训生，将广泛接触财务部上述各个领域的工作，详细了解每一个组成部分的工作内容，让一名应届毕业生初步具备成为未来财务管理人员的能力。
MAJOR专业要求：会计学、财务、金融、统计学、经济学、国际贸易或其他相关专业

LEGAL TRACK法务培训生
法务部全面负责这家跨国贸易公司运营所涉及的包括公司合同审查、各种交易文件的起草和谈判、并购和投资项目的法律事务、各种诉讼和纠纷的解决以及合规管理等等各个方面的法律事务。成为法务培训生，通过系统的内部培训和指导，将令一个应届毕业生初步具备处理公司内部法律事务的能力。
MAJOR专业要求：政法类大学或综合性大学法学院法律相关专业

HUMAN RESOURCES TRACK 人力资源培训生
人力资源部致力于向公司和全体员工提供高质量的人力资源服务。人力资源培训生将在包括薪酬福利、招聘、员工培训和发展、绩效管理和员工关系管理等方面获得系统性培训，并有机会参与到人力资源部的各个项目中来，为自己的职业生涯打下坚实基础。
MAJOR 专业要求：人力资源、工商管理、心理学、英语等，或其他相关专业。
